Purpose and Data Categories For the preparation, execution, follow-up, and documentation of events, personal data may be collected to fulfill the primary purpose of masteryourten GmbH, according to §2 of the association’s statutes. This data may include, at most:

• Basic data (name, title, salutation, role, etc.)
• Contact data (postal addresses, email, phone, etc.)
• Event-related information
• Communication from masteryourten

Legal Basis For the purpose of preparing and conducting an event, as well as its documentation, the aforementioned data is processed based on your binding registration (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For the purpose of follow-up activities, such as evaluations or notifications about thematically similar subsequent events and event-related publications, the aforementioned data is stored based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in improving the quality of our events and fulfilling our statutory objectives.

Data Retention By registering, you agree to be contacted and for your data to be stored for the preparation, execution, follow-up, and documentation of the online conference. If no further contact with masteryourten occurs, the personal data will be deleted from the database after 36 months, with an appropriate processing period of up to three months, and on a case-by-case basis after review.
In accordance with legal requirements, event-related documents will be retained for at least ten years.
